AtkinsRéalis is looking for an Information Manager to join their Middle East delivery team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role will focus on digital delivery, BIM (Building Information Modeling), and information management for complex, multidisciplinary projects, particularly within the Rail/Metro sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and overseeing project information delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the information management and digital strategy for project delivery

• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and the implementation of BIM tools

• Act as a liaison between the client, contractor, and project teams

• Review and approve Information Management documents, including BIM Execution Plans and project documentation

• Perform clash detection, issue resolution, and coordinate with design teams for quality compliance

• Monitor the setup and usage of Common Data Environments (CDEs) and information management platforms

• Develop and deliver progress reports to clients on information management and digital strategies

• Support strategic digital initiatives and help with ISO 19650 certification

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering

• 12+ years of experience in the AEC industry, with 8+ years in digital delivery and BIM

• 3+ years of experience in digital delivery of Rail/Metro projects, preferably in the Middle East

• Information Management certification (e.g., BRE, RICS)

• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Bentley tools) and platforms (e.g., BIM360, Navisworks)

• Experience with data visualization platforms like PowerBI and automation tools such as Dynamo

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
