Traininpink, a pioneering company dedicated to empowering women through fitness and wellness, is seeking an Italian-speaking Influencer Marketing Intern to join their team in Dubai (Jumeirah Lake Towers, on-site role). The intern will assist in managing influencer collaborations, community building, and brand awareness initiatives for Traininpink and its athleisure line, Igeia.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Influencer Marketing & Collaboration

• Research, identify, and build relationships with micro and macro influencers aligned with the brand’s values.

• Support the creation and execution of influencer marketing campaigns with content and product teams.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, and conversions).

• Maintain daily communication with influencers, managing timelines, content approvals, and feedback.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to suggest new opportunities for collaboration.

🎯 Community Building & Brand Awareness

• Assist in building a strong ambassador network to enhance brand credibility.

• Develop creative briefs and content materials that reflect the brand’s identity.

• Help grow Traininpink’s digital presence by fostering authentic influencer relationships.

Requirements & Qualifications:

✔ Languages: Fluent in Italian (mandatory), English proficiency preferred.
✔ Education & Skills:
