Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an Industry Sales Representative for the Global Construction and Infrastructure (GCI) team. This role focuses on managing dealership relationships across the Middle East and Central Asia (MEE region), promoting the sale of Industrial Segments and Work Tools. The representative will assist dealers with sales strategies, drive business development, and contribute to sales performance reviews while aligning with commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and assist dealers in forecasting and sales strategy planning.

• Engage dealers to support the growth of Work Tools & Hammers and Industrial Segments.

• Sell the value of GC-I&W products and solutions, addressing customer needs and inquiries.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including segment specialists, sales support, and regional peers.

• Conduct regular sales performance reviews with dealers and implement corrective actions.

• Lead opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and business relationships.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial roles with a focus on dealer and customer-facing interactions.

• Proficiency in Value Selling, able to communicate the value of products, technology, and services.

• Customer Focus, aligning customer needs with customized solutions.

• Strong Relationship Management skills for establishing and maintaining effective connections with clients, vendors, and peers.

• Fluency in English (Arabic is preferred).

• Travel Requirement: 25% within assigned territories.

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (up to 40% work from home).
