Infosys, a global leader in digital services and consulting, is hiring an Industry Principal – Digital Experience to join their Dubai office. This full-time, on-site leadership role within the DX (Digital Experience) business unit is focused on revenue generation, senior stakeholder engagement, and business growth across strategic sectors such as Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Telco, and Automotive.
The ideal candidate brings over 12 years of experience in B2B consulting, sales, and innovation, with a strong track record of deal-making, lead generation, and relationship management at the C-suite level.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Revenue Growth & Business Development

Lead opportunity creation and conversion in digital consulting and transformation initiatives

Build and manage senior-level relationships (C-Suite, Industry Heads, Practice Sales)

Productize Infosys offerings into client challenge-focused solutions

Engage in events, networking, B2B outreach, and brand growth strategies

Navigate complex sales cycles and drive strategic deals across sectors
✅ Client Engagement & Market Strategy

Understand client business environments deeply and align Infosys offerings
-
Deliver compelling narratives and proposals tailored to client needs
-
Identify and prioritize top-of-funnel growth channels

Manage multiple deals and develop long-term client value
✅ Internal Collaboration & Brand Elevation

Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and practice teams

Structure and optimize sales processes and rituals

Provide market insights and shape external messaging

Contribute to enhancing Infosys’s brand presence through storytelling and thought leadership
Required Experience & Expertise:

12+ years in B2B sales, consulting, innovation, or digital transformation

Proven track record of lead generation and high-value deal closures
