Plastic Powder Coating Company LLC is looking for a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team full-time on-site in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for surface preparation, paint application, and ensuring high-quality finishes on a variety of industrial surfaces. You will work with spray guns, brushes, rollers, and other tools to deliver top-tier results while maintaining adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting through cleaning, sanding, and masking

• Apply paint using spray guns, brushes, rollers, or other tools

• Choose and mix appropriate paints and coatings according to project requirements

• Inspect surfaces before and after painting to ensure a high-quality finish

• Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment

• Adhere to company safety guidelines and industry regulations

• Collaborate with team members to meet production and project timelines

• Work in a physically demanding industrial environment when required

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in various surface preparation and painting techniques

• Solid knowledge of paints, coatings, and finishing methods

• Experience using spray guns, rollers, and brushes

• Understanding of safety protocols and protective gear usage

• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

• Good physical condition with the ability to work in industrial settings

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Previous experience in industrial painting is preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent
