Job Title: Incubator Supervisor

Job Description:
A prominent holding company in Dubai is seeking a highly organized and proactive Incubator Supervisor to oversee facility operations, team performance, and administrative support within a dynamic business environment. This role is essential in ensuring compliance, efficiency, and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and health & safety requirements.
  • Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring all resources are stocked and well-maintained.
  • Organize daily work schedules, monitor staff performance, and resolve staffing issues to maintain a positive and productive team environment.
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Incubator Manager, including managing records, preparing reports, and handling daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with property management software.

Salary: AED 4,000 to 7,000 per month, all-inclusive, based on experience and qualifications.
