Job Title: Incubator Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Incubator Supervisor to oversee facility operations, maintain safety standards, and support administrative functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, staff coordination, and compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain facility cleanliness, safety, and compliance with UAE health and safety regulations.

• Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure adequate stock and maintenance.

• Organize work schedules, supervise staff performance, and foster a positive team environment.

• Assist the Business Incubator Manager with administrative support, records management, and operational reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Nationality: Open to Asian and Arabic nationals.

• Gender & Age: Female candidates, 40 years old and below.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with property management software.
