NVIDIA is seeking a mission-driven Inception Community Manager to lead engagement with startup and VC communities across the Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa. Based in Dubai, this role focuses on accelerating adoption of NVIDIA technologies, mentoring startups, and shaping the AI startup ecosystem in Emerging Markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and grow NVIDIA’s startup ecosystem via the Inception Startup Program.

• Identify and recruit top startups, ISVs, VCs, and accelerators, especially in Deep Tech and AI.

• Lead and participate in ecosystem activities to onboard and activate startups.

• Track ecosystem trends and maintain deep market insights.

• Evangelize NVIDIA hardware and software technologies to technical leaders.

• Support startups with Go-to-Market strategies to ensure success.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional NVIDIA teams, both technical and non-technical.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in startups, partner ecosystems, or VC management.

• BS/MS in Engineering, Technology, or Business.

• Ability to engage with ecosystem partners and co-drive startup recruitment and activation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Arabic and English fluency required.

• Passion for ecosystem development and thriving in fast-paced environments.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of NVIDIA software and hardware platforms.
