Yashikha Services is currently hiring an Immigration Consultant to join our dynamic remote team. This opportunity is exclusively open to candidates from Bangladesh. The ideal applicant will provide expert guidance to individuals and families on immigration processes to countries like Canada, Australia, USA, and the UK, ensuring a smooth and compliant application experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult clients on visa and immigration programs such as student, skilled worker, family, business, and investor visas

• Evaluate eligibility and suggest suitable migration pathways

• Prepare, review, and file visa applications with relevant authorities

• Communicate with consulates, immigration departments, and official agencies

• Keep updated on global immigration policy changes

• Maintain client case records and documentation accurately

• Offer post-landing services and support

• Conduct or support promotional activities like webinars or consultation sessions

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field preferred

• Certification from regulatory bodies (e.g., ICCRC, MARA, OISC) is an advantage

• Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration consulting or case management

• Strong knowledge of visa processes and legal compliance for target countries

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines

• Proficient in MS Office and immigration software tools

Preferred Qualities:

• Multilingual skills

• Background in client acquisition or sales

• Experience managing high-volume or complex immigration cases
