Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and guide clients through the full immigration and visa process.

• Assess client eligibility and develop tailored migration strategies.

• Prepare, review, and submit accurate immigration documentation and applications.

• Stay updated on immigration policies, laws, and procedural changes.

• Manage multiple client cases simultaneously, meeting deadlines efficiently.

• Conduct research for complex or unique immigration cases.

• Communicate effectively with clients regarding procedures, timelines, and progress.

• Handle diverse client profiles with cultural sensitivity and empathy.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Immigration Consultant or related visa/immigration advisory role.

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

• Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and visa categories.

• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle challenging cases with professionalism.

• Multilingual skills are highly advantageous.

• High level of integrity, client service orientation, and cultural sensitivity.
