Position: Image Director

About the Company:

Join a prestigious retail group in Dubai, recognized across the GCC for its growing international portfolio in luxury and trendsetting women’s fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee the visual presentation of retail environments, from storefront designs to in-store displays.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual concepts with promotional and seasonal campaigns.

• Ensure high-quality and consistent styling of product images for e-commerce platforms.

• Lead and inspire a team of visual merchandisers, stylists, photographers, and designers in a dynamic, creative environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Age Limit: 38 years and below.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in visual merchandising or creative direction, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the eCommerce or retail industry.

• Industry Expertise: Prior experience with luxury or premium fashion brands is essential.

Salary Package:

AED 25,000 per month (all-inclusive).
