Job Title: Image Director

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Image Director to join a prestigious retail group in Dubai, known for its growing international portfolio of luxury women’s fashion brands. As the Image Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the visual presentation of our retail environments, ensuring a seamless and captivating customer experience both in-store and online. Your role will require you to collaborate closely with the marketing team, lead a team of creative professionals, and maintain the highest visual standards for our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage the visual presentation of retail environments, including storefront design and in-store displays.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visual imagery aligns with promotional and seasonal campaigns.
• Oversee the styling and representation of product images on the e-commerce platform, ensuring consistency and high-quality standards.
• Lead and inspire a team of visual merchandisers, stylists, photographers, and designers, fostering creativity and collaboration.
• Ensure all visual aspects of the brand reflect the luxury and premium nature of the fashion products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising/creative direction, with at least 3 years in a leadership position within the e-commerce or retail industry.
• Experience working with luxury or premium fashion brands is essential.
• Applicants must be 38 years or younger.

Salary:

• AED 25,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
