23 Ventures Incorporation, a launchpad for startups aspiring to join the top 1%, is seeking ambitious Idea Stage Founders to join their 20-week Pre-Seed program. This full-time remote role provides initial compensation, structured mentorship, gamified milestone tracking, and direct access to top-tier advisors and investors. Founders will develop their startup ideas, refine MVPs, build go-to-market strategies, and prepare for Demo Day, with the ultimate goal of scaling from idea stage to billion-dollar enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine your startup idea with support from mentors and advisors.

• Participate in bi-weekly workshops covering core startup challenges.

• Iterate on your MVP and strengthen product-market fit.

• Build and execute go-to-market strategies.

• Engage with investors and prepare for Demo Day presentations.

• Meet milestones through gamified tracking and structured accountability.

• Collaborate with peers and mentors to scale your idea.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in Business Development, Fundraising, and Financial Planning.

• Skills in Product Development, MVP iteration, and Market Research.

• Background in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Go-to-Market strategy.

• Strong communication, networking, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work independently and in teams within a remote environment.

• Previous startup experience is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
