Job Title: Hygiene & Food Safety Officer

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Hygiene & Food Safety Officer to ensure high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety across our hotel operations. Conveniently located in Dubai’s Business Bay – minutes from iconic attractions like the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall – our hotel cluster includes 275 guest rooms, 120 serviced apartments, dynamic F&B outlets, and modern meeting spaces.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure hygiene compliance across all kitchen and F&B operations.

• Monitor food safety standards as per Dubai Municipality and HACCP guidelines.

• Conduct regular hygiene audits and internal inspections.

• Oversee pest control operations and coordinate with third-party service providers.

• Maintain and update hygiene documentation (temperature logs, cleaning schedules, etc.).

• Provide training to kitchen and F&B staff on food safety practices.

• Prepare and support the hotel during external health inspections.

• Follow up on non-conformities to ensure corrective actions are implemented.

• Supervise food handling, storage, and waste disposal procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• 2–3 years of experience in hygiene control, preferably within the hospitality sector.

• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and Dubai Municipality regulations.

• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.

• Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead training and audits.

• Proactive, ethical, and team-oriented approach to maintaining health standards.
