Job Title: Hydraulics Sales Engineer 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hydraulics Sales Engineer with strong technical expertise in hydraulic cylinders, power packs, valves, and repairs. This full-time, on-site position in Sharjah requires a sales-driven professional with a proven ability to generate business, provide technical support, and deliver outstanding customer service.

As a Hydraulics Sales Engineer, you will be the key link between customers and our technical team, ensuring solutions are tailored to client needs while achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in hydraulics across industrial, marine, and oil & gas sectors

• Provide technical support and customized hydraulic solutions to customers

• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate hydraulic systems, components, and services

• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships

• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate project execution and timely delivery

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets in the UAE/GCC market

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hydraulics sales within the GCC region

• Strong knowledge of hydraulic cylinders, power packs, valves, and repair services

• Experience with industrial, marine, and oil & gas hydraulics (highly desirable)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

• Proficiency in technical support and solution-based sales

• Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
