Position: HVAC Supervisor

We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Supervisor to lead our technical team in Dubai. This hybrid, full-time position offers a combination of on-site responsibilities and occasional remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day HVAC operations, ensuring high service standards.

• Manage, guide, and support a team of HVAC technicians.

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.

• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for various AC and ventilation systems.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational best practices.

• Handle customer service queries, ensuring a positive client experience.

• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and execution.

• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience supervising HVAC teams and projects.

• Expertise in HVAC systems installation, diagnostics, and repair.

• Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.

• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Ability to work independently and in team environments.

• Valid HVAC certification or equivalent technical qualification.

• UAE-based candidates preferred.
