IPS (Innovative Powered Solutions) is seeking an experienced HVAC/Plumbing Supervisor/Foreman to oversee daily operations at projects in Abu Dhabi. This on-site, full-time role involves managing a team of technicians, supervising HVAC and plumbing installations, coordinating with departments, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of HVAC and plumbing projects.

• Manage and mentor a team of technicians.

• Oversee installations of plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure operational excellence.

• Ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards.

• Communicate effectively with clients and resolve issues to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven supervisory skills with experience managing technical teams.

• Expertise in Plumbing and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.

• Strong customer service focus.

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

• Experience in project management and on-site supervision.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.

• Relevant HVAC and Plumbing certifications are a plus.
