We are looking for a skilled and proactive HVAC Application Engineer to join our team in Dubai/Umm Al Quwain. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing customized HVAC solutions that align with client needs, support project execution, and ensure technical excellence throughout all phases—from design to commissioning.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales teams to interpret customer requirements and propose tailored HVAC solutions.

• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specs and installation manuals.

• Support installation and commissioning teams, ensuring the system functions as intended.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, recommending reliable and efficient solutions.

• Stay informed about industry developments, new technologies, and compliance requirements.

• Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on HVAC systems and best practices.

• Support sales with cost estimations, proposals, and technical evaluations.

• Collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, and engineers for system integration into building designs.

• Track project timelines and budgets, ensuring delivery is on time and within cost limits.

🎯 Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC application/design engineering.

• Proficient in energy modeling software and simulation tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with HVAC control systems and building automation.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and similar design tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines independently.

• Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (HVAC focus preferred).

• Industry certifications such as ASHRAE, HVAC Excellence, etc., are a plus.
