WeCopy Fintech Inc, a dynamic financial technology company based in Dubai, is hiring a Human Resources Specialist to support and drive the full spectrum of HR operations. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for experienced HR professionals familiar with UAE labor regulations and passionate about employee engagement and organizational development.
The successful candidate will manage daily HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll preparation, compliance, and employee welfare. This is a great opportunity to be part of a multicultural team within a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end HR operations including hiring, onboarding, attendance, payroll, leaves, and exits.

Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and execute recruitment plans.

Maintain compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.

Assist in implementing HR strategies, engagement initiatives, and employee welfare programs.

Maintain accurate HR reports and documentation.

Advise employees on HR procedures, policies, and benefits.

Coordinate training sessions, performance appraisals, and employee development activities.
Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.

2–3 years of HR experience, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRMS tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multicultural team.
