ESTIDAMA UAE is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to manage payroll, visa processing, insurance administration, and employee lifecycle activities. This role requires strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR operations, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate will ensure seamless HR processes, compliance, and employee support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management: Process monthly payroll in compliance with company policies and WPS. Ensure accurate salary, overtime, and allowance calculations. Maintain payroll records and resolve employee payroll queries.

Visa & Immigration: Manage the full visa lifecycle including applications, renewals, and cancellations. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations. Coordinate with PROs and government authorities.

Insurance Administration: Handle employee medical insurance enrollments, renewals, and claims. Maintain accurate records and liaise with providers to improve service delivery.

Employee Lifecycle: Support onboarding by collecting documents, managing inductions, and setting up systems. Oversee employee transfers, promotions, and status changes. Coordinate offboarding, including exit clearance, final settlements, and visa cancellations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–4 years of HR operations experience, preferably in the UAE/GCC.

Strong knowledge of payroll, visa processes, and insurance administration.

Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS and Microsoft Office tools.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Fluency in English required; Arabic or Chinese is a plus.
