Baba Roma, a rising star in Dubai’s patisserie and café scene, is looking to hire an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to join their Human Resources team. This full-time, on-site position is key to building the brand’s talent pipeline across multiple outlets and a central kitchen. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience within the hospitality or F&B industry and bring a people-first approach to talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for kitchen, service, and support staff

• Coordinate closely with department heads to identify hiring needs

• Write engaging job postings and lead recruitment campaigns

• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and maintain candidate records

• Source talent proactively through networking and recruitment platforms

• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all new employees

• Maintain recruitment tracking systems and generate reports as needed

Job Requirements:

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in hospitality or F&B

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools

• Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook)

• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian or other European languages is a plus
