Human Resources Officer

Job Overview:
The Human Resources Officer plays a key role in managing HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This role involves recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, and administrative HR support within a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.

Maintain and update hiring records to track recruitment progress in real time.

Oversee new hire documentation, employee records, and contract issuance.

Conduct onboarding programs to facilitate smooth integration of new employees.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, including visa processing, employment contracts, and documentation.

Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and SOPs aligned with pharmaceutical industry regulations.

Support performance management by tracking KPIs and facilitating appraisal processes.

Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs for accurate processing.

Manage HRMS software for seamless HR operations and employee data management.

Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.

Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.

Coordinate training programs and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

Support employee wellness initiatives, including mental health and fitness programs.

Assist with PRO (Public Relations Officer) tasks related to government documentation and compliance.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 2–5 years in HR, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Skills & Knowledge:

Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, HR policies, and compliance.

Experience in managing employee engagement programs and HR processes.

Proficiency in HRMS software, payroll processing, and performance management systems.

Prior experience in PRO support and government-related documentation is a plus.
