Noon, the region’s leading consumer commerce platform, is looking for a Human Resources Intern to support its People & Talent team. Noon operates marketplaces in e-commerce, food delivery, fintech, and fashion, and is constantly growing.
This internship provides hands-on experience in employee relations, policy updates, onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations. The role is ideal for HR enthusiasts looking to gain industry experience in a fast-paced, innovative company.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Support employee relations and handle grievances effectively.
✅ Communicate policy updates through various channels.
✅ Provide guidance based on local labor laws.
✅ Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and learning initiatives.
✅ Ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
✅ Conduct facility and accommodation checks to maintain a positive work environment.
✅ Maintain HR trackers and dashboards for reporting.
✅ Prepare employee satisfaction surveys (eNPS).
✅ Ensure compliance with HR SOPs, KPIs, and SLAs.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
✔ 1-2 years of experience in an employee relations or HR role.
✔ Background in operations, customer service, fleet, or logistics HR is a plus.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
✔ Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
✔ Proactive mindset with a strong bias for action.
✔ Knowledge of local employment laws.
