Job Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (60%)

• Source and screen candidates using various channels including job boards and social media.

• Review resumes, coordinate interviews, and provide candidate feedback.

• Conduct reference and background checks.

• Post job openings and update internal recruitment databases.

• Assist in onboarding processes and maintain recruitment documentation.

Talent Engagement (40%)

• Lead monthly employee wellness and engagement events such as birthday celebrations and recognition rallies.

• Organize “Take Care” initiatives and champion meetings.

• Promote internal activities through Marriott platforms and social media.

• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Skills Required:

Qualifications:
