Jumeirah, a global leader in luxury hospitality and part of Dubai Holding, is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join its HR team in Dubai. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative tasks within one of the world’s most prestigious hospitality brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and supportive interactions for candidates and colleagues.

• Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities, HR events, and training sessions.

• Gain and apply knowledge of HR policies, systems, and procedures to respond to employee queries.

• Support HR initiatives including wellness programs, recognition activities, and communications.

• Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and updating HR systems.

• Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and service excellence at all times.

Requirements:

• Student or recent graduate in hospitality, business, or related field.

• Prior internship in a 5-star hotel or luxury environment preferred but not mandatory.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Availability to start in August.
