Daikin Middle East and Africa is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join its Human Resources team. This on-site internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and training support. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to hiring processes and a strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication.

Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.

Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.

Coordinate training logistics and other HR-related programs.
-
Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Previous internship or project experience in recruitment or HR (agency or in-house) preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with ATS or HRIS is a plus.
