ENERCO Contracting Co LLC, a fast-growing Roads & Infrastructure firm, is seeking an HR Generalist to oversee workforce planning, recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance. The role is on-site in Thouban, Fujairah and reports directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Recruitment & Workforce Planning:

• Review manpower requirements from project/site managers.

• Post job vacancies, screen candidates, and coordinate technical interviews.

• Conduct initial interviews, issue job offers, and manage contracts.

📑 HR Compliance & Employee Relations:

• Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts.

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR policies.

• Maintain employee records (visas, labor cards, contracts, etc.).

• Coordinate with the PRO to ensure timely renewal of work permits and visas.

💰 Payroll & Benefits Administration:

• Collect timesheets and ensure accurate salary processing.

• Calculate overtime, allowances, and deductions.

• Coordinate payroll execution with the finance department.

• Handle employee insurance, leave policies, and end-of-service benefits.

📊 HR Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare reports on workforce status, attendance, and payroll summaries.

• Implement HR software to manage employee data efficiently.

Requirements:

✔ Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR within the contracting/construction industry.
✔ Languages: English, Hindi, Urdu, and Arabic (preferred).
✔ Skills:

• Strong knowledge of construction site HR operations.

• Experience in bulk hiring and workforce planning.

• Proficiency in HR software and payroll processing.

• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
  ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, labor-intensive environment.
