Eve Medical Center LLC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, implement HR policies, and oversee employee relations and benefits. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, ideal for candidates with HR management experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage HR policies and procedures.

• Oversee employee benefits administration and performance management.

• Handle employee relations and maintain a positive workplace environment.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.

• Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience in HR management and policy implementation.

• Knowledge of employee benefits and HR operations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

• Arabic speaking candidates preferred.

• Salary: AED 3,000 – 5,000.
