InstaShop, a leading online local marketplace in the UAE and Egypt, is hiring an HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations, onboarding, and employee engagement. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and customer-focused HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.

Maintain and update HR databases while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist in payroll processing to ensure timely salary payments.

Handle visa applications and documentation in coordination with relevant authorities.

Draft and prepare HR-related documents (offer letters, contracts, bank letters, etc.).

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Organize HR events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

Stay updated on local labor laws to ensure HR policy compliance.

Generate ad hoc reports for management and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-2 years of HR or administrative experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
