InstaShop, a leading online local marketplace in the UAE and Egypt, is hiring an HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations, onboarding, and employee engagement. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and customer-focused HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.

  • Maintain and update HR databases while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Assist in payroll processing to ensure timely salary payments.

  • Handle visa applications and documentation in coordination with relevant authorities.

  • Draft and prepare HR-related documents (offer letters, contracts, bank letters, etc.).

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

  • Organize HR events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

  • Stay updated on local labor laws to ensure HR policy compliance.

  • Generate ad hoc reports for management and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Immediate joiners preferred.
