Human Resources Administrator – UAE National


Al Rostamani Group is looking for a Human Resources Administrator (UAE National) to manage front-desk operations, onboarding/offboarding processes, HR transactions, and internal communications. This role requires SAP and SuccessFactors proficiency to support HR operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and visitors at the HR reception
- Handle onboarding & offboarding for UAE Nationals, including documentation and visa processing
- Process LPOs and payment requests for HR-related expenses
- Maintain HR internal communication systems, policies, and announcements
- Utilize SAP and SuccessFactors for HR transactions and data management
- Support HR reports, presentations, and engagement programs
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or office coordination
- Proficiency in SAP & SuccessFactors (preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to handle financial transactions (LPOs, payment approvals)
