Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Learning and Development (L&D) Business Partner to create and deliver customized learning solutions and initiatives. The role involves improving individual and business performance by addressing challenges and driving positive change through a consultative approach. The L&D Business Partner will work across various teams to design, develop, and implement core skills development programs, as well as manage budgets and collaborate with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver relevant, engaging learning content both face-to-face and virtually

• Assist in forecasting and managing the annual L&D budget

• Develop tailored onboarding processes for new employees to ensure smooth transitions

• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff, helping them unlock their full potential

• Build a network of in-store buddy trainers to support ongoing learning

• Manage supplier accounts to ensure optimal value and effective contracts

• Travel across regions to deliver targeted learning programs to stores

Requirements:

• Professional qualification in Learning and Development, Coaching, or Mentoring

• 6-9 years of experience in Learning and Development

• Proficiency in English and Arabic (both verbal and written)

• Experience in coaching and influencing managers for effective learning solutions

• Familiarity with the 70/20/10 personal development principle

• Ability to develop and implement digital learning solutions
