Emirates Driving is seeking a Human Capital Business Partner (Arabic Speaker) to strategically support line managers in workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. This role will help drive HR strategies that align with company goals and foster a high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with department managers to develop and execute HR strategies focused on organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.

Drive cultural change initiatives across departments.

Deliver HR programs and processes in alignment with business objectives.

Consult on talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.

Manage and resolve employee concerns, investigations, and provide recommendations for resolution.

Guide managers and employees on HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application.

Collect and analyze HR metrics, generate standard and ad hoc reports, and perform trend analysis.

Support succession planning initiatives.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, with a strong track record in HR operations, strategic initiatives, or organizational development.

Professional HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM preferred.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and perform data analysis.

Salary: AED 12,000 – 14,000 per month plus benefits
