Jotun MEIA is seeking a skilled HSEQ Specialist to support the implementation and enhancement of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality systems across the MEIA region. The role ensures compliance with Jotun’s standards, NFPA codes, and local fire safety regulations while promoting sustainability initiatives. This position is based at the Regional Office in Dubai and reports to the Regional HSEQ Manager – MEIA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the Jotun HSEQ Management System across MEIA companies, including branches and sales offices.

• Ensure compliance with Jotun Engineering Standards, NFPA codes, and local fire safety regulations.

• Collaborate with regional engineering and operations teams on project planning and execution.

• Proactively implement and monitor the HSEQ Management System at the Regional Office.

• Support and oversee MEIA sustainability initiatives in line with corporate goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience.

• Strong knowledge of HSEQ systems, audits, and sustainability practices.

• Mandatory experience in fire protection systems & NFPA standards (NFPA 10, 11, 13, 15, 20, 25, 30, 72, 101, 221, 2001).

• Construction industry experience preferred.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

• Willingness to travel within the region.
