Job Title: HSE Safety Officer

Job Description:
A confidential energy company is seeking a proactive and qualified Safety Officer (HSE) to join its expanding project team across multiple UAE sites. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UAE HSE regulations, proven site experience, and a strong commitment to safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce compliance with local health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards

• Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and incident investigations

• Coordinate and implement safety protocols and emergency response plans

• Provide safety training and ensure all site personnel follow HSE procedures

• Prepare and maintain safety reports, records, and documentation

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of HSE experience in the UAE (construction/energy preferred)

• Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH) preferred

• Strong understanding of UAE safety laws and compliance protocols

• Excellent leadership, communication, and emergency management skills

• Immediate joiners highly preferred

Salary & Benefits:
