SEGULA Technologies is looking for an HSE Officer for an 8-month contract at Al Maktoum Airport, Dubai. The HSE Officer will implement the HSE management plan, ensure compliance with safety procedures, and manage health and safety risks on-site. This role involves working closely with the Project HSE Manager and ensuring all personnel are trained and equipped for safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor the HSE management plan for the project

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and client requirements on construction sites, offices, and warehouses

• Conduct risk assessments and provide HSE training and inductions to all personnel

• Monitor and manage the maintenance of first-aid facilities and emergency response plans

• Investigate accidents and manage HSE audits, assessments, and inspections

• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in large projects, preferably in the GCC region

• NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent international HSE qualification

• UAE driving license (approved by Dubai Airport)

• Experience with HSE procedures in airport projects and familiarity with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards

• Fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic or Hindi are a plus)
