The role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental programs to prevent injuries, ensure compliance, and promote a culture of safety across projects. This is a full-time opportunity to contribute to sustainable solutions in construction, infrastructure, and environmental management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, standards, and codes of practice.

• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments for construction activities.

• Deliver HSE training programs, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions.

• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports.

• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and coordinate drills.

• Monitor environmental management practices to minimize impact and ensure waste management compliance.

• Collect, analyze, and prepare HSE data and reports for management.

• Support audit assignments and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

• Provide expert advice on regulatory and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Safety, Engineering, Environmental, or equivalent).

• Proven experience in HSE roles within construction or related industries.

• Strong knowledge of UAE health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations.

• Experience in incident investigation, emergency response, and risk management.

• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to deliver training, manage compliance audits, and collaborate with stakeholders.

• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
