DC8 Poly Clinic, a reputable healthcare provider in Dubai, is looking for a qualified HR professional to join its team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This position is ideal for candidates with prior experience in the healthcare sector who can manage human resources functions in a fast-paced, medically driven environment.

As a member of the HR team, you will oversee employee relations, HR compliance, and personnel policies, ensuring all functions align with healthcare industry standards. The role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, effective communication, and organizational skills to support clinic staff and operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement HR policies and procedures across the clinic.

• Oversee employee relations, personnel management, and benefits administration.

• Ensure HR compliance with local labor laws and healthcare regulations.

• Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

• Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs.

• Serve as a liaison between clinic staff and management regarding HR concerns.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in Human Resources and HR management.

• Solid knowledge of HR policies, employee benefits, and labor regulations.

• Strong skills in personnel management and conflict resolution.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• Experience working in a medical or healthcare setting is highly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
