Shiro Estate, a leading real estate consultancy in Downtown Dubai with 20+ years of excellence, seeks a proactive HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across sales, leasing, and administrative functions. The role involves sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and supporting employer branding to attract top talent aligned with company values and UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Use job portals, social media, referrals, and databases for candidate sourcing.

Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and draft job descriptions.

Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate technical and final interviews.

Oversee onboarding, visa coordination, and induction processes.

Promote employer branding through social media, recruitment events, and partnerships.

Maintain recruitment data, metrics, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
Qualifications:

2–4 years recruitment experience, preferably in real estate.

Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market and roles.

Familiarity with UAE labor laws, visa processes, and HR compliance.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and candidate evaluation skills.

Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CRM, and Microsoft Office.

Strong time management, analytical abilities, and confidentiality.
