Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Specialist (Recruitment & Talent Acquisition) to join our team in the UAE. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving talent acquisition strategies, supporting hiring managers, and building a high-quality workforce that aligns with the company’s growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads to evaluate staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

  • Utilize job portals, professional networks, and ATS tools to attract top-tier candidates.

  • Conduct initial interviews (phone/online/in-person) to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

  • Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.

  • Coordinate interviews and job offers with hiring managers, ensuring timely onboarding.

  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously optimize hiring strategies.

  • Uphold a positive candidate experience and support employer branding efforts.

  • Stay informed on labor market trends and compliance with employment laws.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR within a corporate or agency setting.

  • Proficiency in sourcing tools, ATS systems, and interview platforms.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple recruitment campaigns.

  • High standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

  • HR certifications (CHRP, SHRM, CHRM, etc.) are an added advantage.

  • Must be currently residing in the UAE.
