Job Title: HR & Recruitment Executive
Job Description:
Richasa Casa Real Estate L.L.C. is a trusted brokerage firm operating in Dubai’s fast-growing real estate sector. We specialize in connecting investors and homeowners with premium properties across the city’s most sought-after developments.
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized HR & Recruitment Executive to lead the hiring of commission-based real estate agents while supporting essential HR and administrative functions. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, recruitment expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & HR:

Source, screen, and recruit commission-based real estate agents

Manage job postings, conduct interviews, and handle agent onboarding

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for future hiring needs

Maintain accurate records of agent contracts, compliance, and HR documentation
Administration & Operations:
-
Track commission structures and payments in coordination with the accounts team

Maintain updated records of RERA registrations and agent licensing
-
Assist management with performance reports, attendance tracking, and compliance

Support daily office administration and departmental coordination
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or administration (real estate experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations and real estate licensing (RERA certification is an advantage)

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic HR systems
