Job Description:
We are seeking a results-oriented HR Program Implementation & Analytics Specialist to support the execution of human resources programs, analyze key HR data, and enhance employee engagement and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals by leveraging insights from workforce metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the successful implementation of new HR initiatives, including training, development, recruitment, and compliance programs.

• Utilize critical thinking to interpret and analyze HR metrics and data from multiple sources.

• Identify patterns and trends related to employee engagement, turnover, recruitment efficiency, and labor law compliance.

• Facilitate ongoing evaluation and adjustment of HR programs to ensure effective rollout and alignment with strategic goals.

• Provide actionable insights to improve retention, streamline recruitment processes, and promote a positive work culture.

• Ensure adherence to labor regulations and HR best practices throughout program implementation.
