M I R A CONSTRUCTION L.L.C is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer with 2-3 years of experience in the UAE real estate sector. The company values a professional who can manage comprehensive human resources functions while ensuring strict compliance with UAE Labour Laws. This full-time, on-site role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, and legal compliance to foster a positive and efficient workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding

Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Laws, regulations, and company policies

Prepare and process employment contracts, offer letters, visa applications, and other employee documentation

Address employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with legal and company guidelines

Maintain accurate employee records including attendance, leave, and payroll data

Support performance management, training, and employee development initiatives

Coordinate with government authorities on visa processing, labour contracts, renewals, and cancellations

Stay current with changes in UAE Labour Law and advise management on compliance and best practices
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

2-3 years of HR experience in the UAE real estate industry

Strong and up-to-date knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems

Ability to multitask and handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and integrity
