Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our team in Dubai’s dynamic retail sector. In this leadership role, you will oversee all human resource functions, drive employee engagement, and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. Your expertise will be key in fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and enhancing overall workforce productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals to enhance workforce efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a diverse and skilled talent pool.
• Oversee performance management systems to drive employee growth and productivity.
• Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives to build a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and industry best practices.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to maintain competitiveness.
• Facilitate training and professional development programs for career progression.
• Serve as a strategic HR advisor to management on employee relations and HR policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
• Proven experience as an HR Manager in the retail sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing HR strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage employee relations effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Salary:

AED 20,000 to 22,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
