CoinMarketCap is seeking an HR Manager (Contractor) to manage full-cycle recruitment and HR operations. The role involves sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and coordinating hiring processes while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. The HR Manager will also contribute to HR system development and employee onboarding/offboarding management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
• Maintain a strong pipeline of global Web3/Crypto talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers to enhance recruitment processes
• Manage HR Shared Service Center (HRSSC) tasks, including HR system improvements
• Support employee relations and HRIS operations

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3-6+ years of recruitment experience in tech or Web3/Crypto companies (preferred)
• Strong expertise in sourcing, selection techniques, and talent acquisition
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Experience in HR operations, employee relations, and HRIS is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about the crypto industry
