Lead People Strategy in a Fast-Paced Retail Environment

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our growing retail team in Dubai. You will play a key role in leading human resources operations, fostering a positive work culture, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This is a full-time opportunity for someone with strong leadership, recruitment, and employee relations expertise within the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute HR strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for retail staff.

• Drive employee engagement initiatives and handle performance reviews, appraisals, and conflict resolution.

• Ensure HR policies, practices, and procedures comply with UAE labor laws.

• Coordinate learning and development programs to support staff growth and capability building.

• Maintain accurate HR records, metrics, and reports for leadership.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a retail environment.

• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

• Must be currently based in the UAE.

• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
