Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening to onboarding new hires.
✅ Act as the primary HR contact for employees, management, and recruitment agencies.
✅ Oversee employee compensation, benefits, and performance review programs.
✅ Ensure accurate HR records, compliance with UAE labor laws, and confidentiality.

Requirements & Qualifications

📌 Open to all nationalities with luxury retail HR experience.
📌 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
📌 5+ years of HR experience, specializing in recruitment, employee relations & performance management.
📌 Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and expertise in retail industry HR practices.
📌 Must be currently based in the UAE.
📌 Age limit: 40 years and below.
