Job Description:

Charterhouse is partnering with a global market leader to hire an HR Manager for their Middle East and India operations. This role will lead HR services, ensuring compliance with UAE employment laws and company policies while driving key HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic business partner to management, aligning HR processes with company goals.

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws across all HR policies and procedures.

• Oversee performance management, salary benchmarking, and job grading initiatives.

• Implement and manage the HRMIS platform for streamlined HR operations.

• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to support HR functions.

• Work closely with the Director of People & Culture on HR projects as needed.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of HR experience, with Middle East exposure preferred.

• Proven track record in performance management and leading HR projects.

• Strong leadership and management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and work confidently under tight deadlines.
