Job Title: HR Generalist / HR Manager

Job Description:

PrimeTalent, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist / HR Manager to join an international company based in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in human resources within a Free Zone environment, with strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee training, recruitment, and development programs for employees

• Manage staffing requirements, onboarding, and offboarding processes

• Handle visa processing and ensure compliance with Free Zone regulations

• Maintain strong employee relations and oversee welfare initiatives

• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures

• Collaborate with management to ensure HR strategies align with business goals

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE

• Free Zone experience is mandatory

• Indian nationality – must be a UAE resident (preferably based in Sharjah)

• Age between 28–40 years

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000 (depending on experience)

• Working Days: 5 days/week + 2 Saturdays/month
