The HR Generalist will support a variety of human resources functions, playing an important role in employee relations, policy implementation, and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HR processes including employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and compliance.

• Partner with management to reinforce company culture and values.

• Assist in implementing Snap’s “Default Together” policy, supporting in-office collaboration and employee engagement.

• Provide HR guidance and support to employees across departments.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and local labor laws.

• Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Proven experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.

• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee relations, and labor regulations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
