• Al-Futtaim, one of the most diversified and progressive privately held regional businesses in the UAE, is hiring an HR Executive for their Real Estate division in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for experienced professionals with a background in HR administration, employee engagement, onboarding, and project-based HR operations. The role supports the Head of HR and will be instrumental in implementing onboarding processes, recognition programs, and employee well-being initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding and integration processes for new joiners in coordination with HRBPs and Line Managers.

• Coordinate technical assessments and interviews, and support assessment day logistics.

• Handle HR communications including announcements, policy updates, well-being messages, and internal campaigns.

• Support projects such as HR events, organization chart updates, manpower planning, and data collection.

• Lead recognition programs by coordinating nominations, judging panels, ceremonies, and award distribution.

• Implement the well-being agenda and organize related activities with regional champions.

• Act as a grievance point-of-contact for blue-collar staff and maintain HR policy awareness.

• Handle employee contract submissions and resolve salary-related issues in coordination with outsourced vendors.

• Support mobilization/demobilization, employee offer processes, and payroll coordination.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills

• Effective problem-solving and employee relations handling

• Mentoring/coaching experience

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in construction, MEP, outsourcing, or facilities management

• Proven experience handling large employee movements, project site mobilization, and outsourced staff
